Wellbarrow is the northernmost town in the Artipellin kingdom. It is meant as a guard against hostilities from the north, though Artipellin has good relations with Wyny. Instead it's mainly a means to get access to the river and a fortification against Vasj intrusions.
The town has a castle and a low stone ring wall with a wooden frame on top.
