This Categories page is used to guide the use of categories on the Hökaland Wiki.

In the cases where multiple threads of categories lead to the same sub category, the "main" thread is displayed below, and the others described only as far as absolutely needed and marked with an asterisk (*).

Category:Hökaland Wiki - Includes all other categories as well as articles relating to the wiki itself.

• Category:Archived - Articles that were used and kept archived (rather than deleted).
• Category:Featured - Articles that are "done" or "near done" - containing content of "adequate" level for the wiki.
• Category:Games - Articles relating to different games featuring the world of Hökaland
• Category:Images - Article including all images and image categories of the wiki. Some sub-categories double as categories for articles.
  • Category:Character images - Images portraying characters.
  • Category:Dungeon images
  • Category:House shields* - Listed for inclusion.
  • Category:Insignias - Listing all types of insignias, signatures, house shields and other graphics identifying things, peoples or individuals.
    • Category:House shields* - Specifically listing shields of noble families.
  • Category:Landscapes - Imagery of landscapes relating to the world.
  • Category:Maps - Graphical maps of parts of the world or structures.
  • Category:Schematic images - Detailed pictures depicting technical details of the world.
• Category:Lore - Listing all articles that include lore information about the universe where Hökaland is located.
  • Category:World - Overarching category including general concepts of the world.
  • Category:Continents - Continents list and some of the things found on continents.
  • Category:Life - All life forms.
  • Category:Materials - For materials unique to Hökaland or with significance beyond a normal Wikipedia article.
  • Category:Regions - A large category for specific regions in Hökaland.
• Category:Production - Any articles or categories relating to producing content such as Kingdoms or cities.
• Category:Stubs - Articles that needs (a lot of) further attention.
• Category:Templates - All Templates in the wiki.
  • Category:Character list templates* - Listed for inclusion.
  • Category:Content list templates* - Listed for inclusion.
  • Category:Content templates - All templates that hold content used in articles are listed here.
    • Category:Content list templates - All templates that contain content in list-form (exclusively).
      • Category:Character list templates - Templates that specifically lists characters from the world.
  • Category:Navboxes - Templates used to create wiki navigation.
