Kahz Valdahaz (Dwarven for: "Fort Brewery"), sometimes just called Valdahaz ("The Brewery"), was one of the strongholds of the ancient dwarven kingdoms. It is one of the strongholds that were obliterated during the wars and one that only dwarven historians know about.
Its location, before its utter destruction, was where the gigantic city of Capitoleum now lies.
Details about Kahz Valdahaz or even its existence is unknown to any non-dwarven scholar. The caves under Capitoleum are believed to be natural.
