Here is an image of the Realms in comparison to continental Europe.

City scales compared to Stockholm

In order to help getting an idea of the size of Hökaland cities and towns, here is a picture of Stockholm with two rings showing one and two Km radius. For reference, Stockholm main island is about the same size are as Wellbarrow in the Artipellin kingdom.
